Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Avon, IN is seeking a Third Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by opening and closing the store, assisting customers, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to manage duties in the absence of management. Weekend availability, including closing 3 nights per week, is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of pet products or the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and oversee operations.
• Greet and assist customers; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Stock deliveries and maintain displays; run POS transactions.
• Provide training and guidance to new employees.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle for Same Day Delivery orders.
