Job summary

Hollywood Feed Avon is seeking a Third Key Holder to open and close the store, assist customers, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role supports management, performs POS tasks, and helps maintain displays and inventory.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage and requires weekend availability. A high school diploma is the minimum education, with strong communication and customer service skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Proven sales and customer service abilities.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store as needed.
Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of management.
Greet and assist customers per store standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of products to address pet and customer needs.
Maintain communication with supervisors and coworkers.
Assist and train new employees; support team.
Maintain weekend availability and late shifts as required.
Unload deliveries and stock shelves.
Operate the POS system: open/close registers, create accounts, process transactions, manage inventory.
