Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership to deliver a welcoming customer experience.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs.
• Deliver an omni-channel shopping experience through omni services execution.
• Help manage the store environment and daily zones.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Facilitate shipments and omni fulfillment processes.
• Maintain stock levels and visual standards across the store.
