Anthropologie is expanding in Woodbury, MN and seeks a Key Holder to join the store leadership team. You will support service, selling, and daily operations while mentoring associates and upholding brand standards.

As a Key Holder, you’ll drive sales, help manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure a welcoming, customer-centric environment. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Passion for Anthropologie brand and customer experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming customer connection.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team goals.
• Execute omni-channel services to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Coach and onboard new hires to uphold brand and store operations.
