Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to meet targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing on a rota.
