Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and drive exceptional customer service. You will coach the team, manage cash reconciliation at start and end of day, and help ensure the store opens and closes on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related duties.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as required.
