The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in the United States seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

You will lead by example, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota schedule. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong coaching skills, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
• Cash handling and opening/closing store experience desirable.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to achieve targets.
• Ability to work varied retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with POS software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
