The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering inspirational, authentic service to achieve sales and customer service targets.

You will lead by example, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota basis, with opportunities for long-term career growth in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide inspirational customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Assist store manager and assistant manager in daily operations and coaching the team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing duties.
