Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operation and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service.

You will lead by example, maintain cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule. With retail experience, especially in cosmetics, you will supervise the team, coach staff, and help achieve sales and customer service targets while working

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with opening/closing store processes and cash reconciliation desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Handle opening/closing store duties and day-end cash reconciliation.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
