Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and modeling the behaviours needed to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

You will use your retail and cash handling experience to carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and to take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver personalized customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
