Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets.

You will handle cash reconciliations, with responsibilities for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role offers progression within a leader in prestige beauty and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example and coach sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing duties on a rota basis.
