Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service. You will mentor staff and participate in opening/closing the store on a rotating basis.

Candidates should have strong retail experience, especially in cosmetics, and be comfortable with cash handling and POS software. This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: experience with opening/closing the store and cash reconciliation.
• Desirable: prior supervisory coaching/mentoring to achieve targets.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Carry out opening and closing duties on a rota basis and complete end-of-day cash reconciliation.
