The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to back the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach the team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing duties on a rotating schedule.

With a focus on cosmetics prestige brands, you will contribute to a high-energy retail environment, supporting development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable but not required: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to elevate customer service and sales.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation; open/close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide a first supervisory step for ambitious team members and support career progression.
