Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and daily store operations.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales and service targets, perform start and end of day cash reconciliation, and handle opening and closing duties on a rotating schedule, with opportunities for supervisory growth.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
