Estée Lauder Companies in Torrance, CA is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service.
• Desirable cash reconciliation and store-opening/closing experience.
• Previous supervisory coaching/mentoring to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales team to deliver authentic customer service.
• Lead by example to achieve sales and service targets.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and handle cash reconciliation.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
