Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will also handle daily cash reconciliation and assist with opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Ideal candidates have retail experience in cosmetics, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and events, in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service
• Cash handling and basic POS experience
• Ability to work retail hours (days, nights, weekends, events)

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
• Lead by example and coach sales team to meet targets
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close duties on a rota basis
