Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Third Key Holder in Northbrook to support store management, open/close shifts, assist customers, and uphold exceptional service standards. You will help manage daily operations, stock, and POS duties, while training new associates and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for pets and owners.

The role requires weekend availability, 18+ age, and a valid driver's license for deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Able to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Operate the POS and process transactions.
• Stock deliveries and inventory counts.
• Train and support new employees.
• Work weekends and three nights per week.
