Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance and operations.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies to customers.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
• Handle opening/closing routines, banking deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Build genuine connections by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform physical duties of the role.
