Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver in-store experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the shift.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Build genuine connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visuals, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Uphold store values and procedures.
