Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to lead by example in customer service and sales execution. You will partner with store leadership to drive performance, maintain product knowledge, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

As a key member, you’ll help meet sales goals, manage transactions, and support merchandise presentation while upholding Boot Barn’s values and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS.
