Boot Barn in the United States is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and drive sales through product knowledge and service excellence. You will mentor teammates, assist with merchandising, and ensure accurate checkout with strong cash handling.

The role emphasizes ownership of daily operations, adherence to policies, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons) and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed on current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, sales setup and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring replenishment of floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media handling at POS registers.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and comply with Attendance policy.
