Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers, support store partners, and lead by example in selling, service and product knowledge. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience and achieving sales targets.

As a Key Holder you will assist with opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and store operations while maintaining high standards of customer care and teamwork with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert on product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Achieve goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and customer information capture.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain cash/media accountability.
