Job summary

Boot Barn in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Full-time Key Holder to lead store operations and elevate the customer experience. You will partner with leadership to drive sales, develop the team, and ensure floor is merchandised to brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales, strong communication and time-management skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help exceed sales goals and maintain POS accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
