Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager as acting Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback to managers and coach associates.
• Lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Ensure knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset changes and visual presentation.
