Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or prestige brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staffing.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
