Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, delivering inspirational, personalized service that drives sales and elevates the in-store experience.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as well as have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching others to hit sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to meet sales and service targets.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and daily cash handling.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
