Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in California is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service.

You will manage cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule, leveraging your retail experience to achieve sales and customer service targets in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
