Formación

• Experience in cosmetics retail preferred.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, personalized service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operation.
• Lead by example and coach sales team to meet targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
