Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferable within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events; experience with POS software.
• Right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide supervision and coaching to the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
