Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in New York. You will coach the sales team, model outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth store operations, including cash handling and opening/closing duties.

Qualifikationen

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
