Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operation and outstanding service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota basis, delivering inspirational, authentic customer experiences and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
