Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach and mentor the sales team, model behaviours that inspire customers, and ensure smooth daily operations, including cash reconciliation and rota-based opening and closing of the store.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to hit targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operation.
