Job summary

You will lead floor service, share product knowledge, assist with opening and closing tasks, coordinate shipments and restocking, and collaborate with management to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to cultivate a customer-centric environment and use feedback to improve interactions.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside/instore pickup tools.
