Responsibilities

• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals such as UPT and ADT.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Support floor moves, displays, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenish floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and manage cash/media at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards.
• Adhere to laws, policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain high quality work, attendance and appearance.
