Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC is hiring a Key Holder Cast Member in Branson, MO. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Store Leadership Team in day-to-day operations to deliver The Best Retail Experience in the World for Guests both internal and external.

The position requires the ability to coach Cast Members, maintain visual standards, and comply with store policies, with a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Duty to coach and motivate Cast Members and uphold exceptional Guest Experiences.
• Maintain Store visual standards and comply with policies and procedures.
• Support and participate in community initiatives and drive a positive team morale.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure the store open/close in compliance with policy.
