Disney Store Houston Premium Outlets is seeking a part-time Key Holder Cast Member to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering The Best Retail Experience in the World. You will coach Cast Members, manage daily operations, and uphold Disney standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on exceptional guest engagement and brand storytelling across store activities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be available a minimum of three weekdays plus weekend open availability.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Lifts up to 45 lbs and can climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Duty to coach Cast Members and maintain store standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by engaging with guests and promoting the Disney brand.
• Support Store Leadership with daily operations and policy compliance.
• Drive team productivity and morale through coaching and feedback.
• Help translate strategy into priorities and action plans.
