Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC is seeking a full-time Key Holder Cast Member to help lead daily store operations and deliver the best retail experience. You will coach Cast Members, maintain visual standards, and ensure compliance with policies while engaging guests and supporting the store leadership team.

The role requires open availability, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and a willingness to work flexible hours including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Open availability.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and climb a ladder.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Leader on Duty to coach Cast Members and motivate the team.
• Upholds the Disney Store Mission and brand commitments.
• Maintains store visual standards and compliance with policies.
• Communicates effectively with all levels, under pressure.
• Provides direction and feedback to Cast Members.
• Supports store open/close in line with company policy.
• Monitors metrics like Mystery Shop Score, sales KPIs and controllable expenses.
