• Coach and motivate Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold a culture that embodies the Disney brand.
• Support the Store Mission through effective communication, integrity and passion for the brand.
• Maintain high performance standards while providing memorable guest experiences.
• Strengthen the team through coaching and feedback to drive productivity and morale.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to implement priorities and action plans across functions.
• Understand and monitor metrics like Mystery Shop, Sales equations, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure store opening/closing in compliance with company policy and SOP.
