Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and some closing shifts.
• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store following procedures and policies.
• Cover open CSL shifts and model service behaviors.
• Drive store sales and customer service during shifts.
• Approve select POS transactions to serve customers.
• Resolve customer issues and promote products for satisfaction.
• Ensure registers are opened/closed and alarms set correctly.
• Support daily store operations and communicate CSL results.
