Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and daily operations in the Stoneham, MA area. The role blends responsibilities of a Coordinator with occasional leadership duties, requiring open availability including nights and weekends.

You will help maintain store standards and coach Associates to deliver outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail and 6 months leadership experience, with strong communication

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to respond to changes quickly and coach Associates

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to Associates
• Assist as Manager on Duty and ensure store procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate staffing and coverage for a positive customer experience
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and communicate priorities to the team
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and adherence to policies
• Support and participate in training and development of Associates
