Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent in a customer-focused environment.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Provide coaching to Associates and address customer service issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Ensure store tasks are performed per store plan and priorities.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
