Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at our Meridian, ID store. This elevated coordinator role alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier, providing leadership and ensuring all store tasks align with policy.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to maintain operations and customer service standards. As a Key Carrier you will model exceptional customer service, train and coach Associates, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and uphold service standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty and follow company policy.
• Coach and delegate tasks to Associates as needed.
• Ensure accurate Associate coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and labor law compliance.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and staff.
