This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures. The starting pay is $16.00–$16.50 per hour, with room for growth as you contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
• Proven problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
