Job summary

TJX Companies is hiring for a Key Carrier at our USA HomeGoods location in Hiram, GA. This role alternates with Coordinator responsibilities and requires open availability, including nights and weekends. You will lead shifts, coach Associates, and uphold store standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Balance supervisory duties with hands-on store tasks, ensuring safety, policy compliance, and effective communication with Management and Associates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and follow up on tasks.

• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• 1 year retail experience; 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Promote honesty and confidentiality; maintain integrity.
• Act as Manager on Duty following policy.
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and priorities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Coach and develop team to increase effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures as required.
• Communicate priorities and progress to management.
