Kalmbach Feeds is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain accurate order entry, tracking from entry to delivery and payment. The role requires reliable weekend email checking and a willingness to commute to our Upper Sandusky, OH office.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or related roles, strong communication, and solid Excel and Windows-based software proficiency. You will join a team focused on professional, respectful service and efficient order

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, retail, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Input and verify orders accurately in the system from entry to delivery and payment.
• Schedule transportation for some customers and coordinate with the transportation team for all orders.
