The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong follow-up skills and a high sense of urgency. You will engage with multiple departments, help manage QA documentation, and contribute to maintaining Kalmbach Feeds’ public image through timely and accurate quality responses.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include responding to quality concerns, investigating issues end-to-end, and communicating findings.

• Respond to quality concerns promptly via emails and calls.
• Investigate reported quality issues from start to finish with collaboration across departments.
• Enter Quality Assurance Reports (QARFs) and Torn Bag Reports.
• Coordinate sample requests from plants for quality investigations.
• Field questions from teams on the quality process and related departments.
