Responsibilities

• Respond to quality emails promptly.
• Follow up on voicemails regarding quality concerns.
• Investigate reported quality issues from start to finish with cross‑functional teams.
• Field incoming calls about quality concerns and initiate outreach as needed.
• Enter Quality Assurance Response Forms (QARFs) and Torn Bag Reports.
• Request and process product samples from the appropriate plant.
• Answer questions from team members about the quality process.
• Review and follow up on QARFs entered by other departments.
