Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 support for hardware and software on-site, remotely, or via Teams.
• Collaborate with IT staff to deliver excellent team member support with metrics.
• Execute service desk projects and security patching for endpoints.
• Assist in knowledge base improvement and training feedback.
• Manage after-hours call rotation and contribute to continuous improvement.
