Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a proactive Key Accounts Specialist to own day-to-day relationship management for assigned accounts in the Southeast US. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate billing.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in key accounts or customer-facing roles, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to balance customer needs with Coastal's operational realities. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in key accounts, customer service, or related role.
• Experience handling high-value accounts and complex service needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with billing processes and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned key accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor accounts for potential service or billing issues and address them proactively.
• Own customer issues from identification through resolution and keep customers informed.
• Maintain accurate customer data and support reporting and account reviews.
