Job summary

SailPoint, a leader in Identity Security, is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to drive growth across our Identity Security solutions. You will lead discovery, qualify opportunities, position SailPoint against Microsoft and Okta, and coordinate a cross-functional team to win deals.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with partners, and accelerate pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Expect travel and strong performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in initial engagements and discovery calls.
• Proven ability to lead a virtual team and position SailPoint against competitors.
• Ability to develop account plans and drive strategic sales motions with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to the customer.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
• Fosters a deep understanding of territory, customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
